What You Should Know.

  • We do our best to accommodate walk-ins and give new clients a look at our space. However, full tours are not always guaranteed. Because our top priority is the safety, comfort, and routine of the dogs in our care, large or extended tours can be disruptive to their environment.

You’re always welcome to stop by during business hours, and we’ll gladly show you what we can without interrupting the flow of our daycare and lodging areas.

  • Drop-off is available anytime during our regular hours of operation. For pickups, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before closing.

Please note: if a daycare dog is not picked up by 7 PM (Mon–Fri) or 6 PM (Sat–Sun), they will be checked in for an overnight stay and standard boarding fees will apply. No exceptions.

If you want a softer, stricter, or more premium tone, I can adjust!

  • We require a Trial Day to make sure your dog feels comfortable in our environment and interacts safely with other dogs. This helps us protect the well-being of your pup and the rest of our daycare guests.

During the trial, our team introduces your dog to the playgroups gradually to avoid overstimulation and to ensure they’re a good fit for our social setting. We ask for at least six hours so we have enough time to observe their behavior, help them settle in, and get to know their future handlers and play spaces.

  • We require all dogs to be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (every 6 months). Vaccines must be administered at least 48 hours before your dog visits our facility.

All females over 7 months must be spayed.
Unneutered males are welcome, but a $4 daily handling fee applies
